Boschクロスドメインコンピューティングソリューション(XC)事業部の製品全体をカバーし、日本の自動車メーカーのサイトで、社内外エンジニアと協働してタスクを遂行するエンジニアを募集します。
Boschを代表して、高い意識を持って、お客さまに最も近いところで価値を提供することが期待される、非常に挑戦的な業務です。

主な業務：

• 日本の自動車メーカーのエンジニアと連携したXC製品の評価
  例) レーダー、ビデオを用いた運転支援製品
• グローバルのBoschのエンジニアと共に事象の調査、原因分析と対策の検討
• ソフトウェア更新、インテグレーションおよび評価
• 日本の自動車メーカーの要求・期待値の把握と、Boschプロジェクトチームへの展開
• 実務やトレーニングを通した知見の向上・維持やノウハウの蓄積・展開
   

Resident Engineer who are working together with Japanese OEM engineers and carry out tasks for products of overall Cross-domain Computing Solution Business (XC) Division at customer site.
This is a very challenging role to be responsible for providing value to customers with high sincerity as a representative of Bosch at nearest position to them.

What you do:

• Work with Japanese OEM engineers to evaluate products of Cross-domain Computing Solution Business Division
  Ex) Driver assistance products - Radar & Video
• Investigate issues, cause analysis and consider countermeasures with global Bosch engineers
• Software update, integration and evaluation
• Elicit requirements or expectations from Japanese OEM and share them with Bosch project team
• Improve and maintain competence, store and share know-how obtained via task execution or training

• ソフトウェアやハードウェアエンジニアリングに関する基礎的な知識・経験
• 日本語(N3以上)および英語によるコミュニケーション能力
• 迅速に現場に赴いて問題解決を図る行動力
• お客さまの近くでの作業で、協力関係を構築するスキル

• Project Managementのスキルと経験
• ADAS領域の機能の評価の経験
• CANや自己診断機能についての経験や知識
• CANalyzer, CANoeなどの評価ツールの使用経験
• JIRAなどの管理ツールの利用経験
• 製品開発の流れについての基本的な知識や経験
• チームのリーダー / サブリーダーの経験
• 自動車業界での業務経験
• カスタマーとの折衝経験
• 日本の自動車運転免許

[Mandatory]

• Basic knowledge and experience of Software or Hardware
• Communication skill in Japanese(N3 or more) or English
• Readiness to travel and work at customer locations
• Enjoy close contact and cooperation with customers

[Preferable]

• Skills and experience of Project Management
• Evaluation or application of functions in ADAS area.
• Experience or knowledge of CAN or Diagnosis.
• Experience of evaluation tool such as CANAnalyzer, CANoe.
• Experience of management tool such as JIRA.
• Basic knowledge and experience of workflow for product development.
• Experience of Leader or Sub-leader of a team.
• Job experience in Automotive Industry.
• Experience of customer negotiation.
• Driver's License in Japan
